Nourishment Webinar: The Organizing Music of Nature

Join Kevin Lanoue, Associate Director of Integrative Services, as we discuss the nature in human nature. In many ways, our relationships with the natural world reflect our relationships with others and with ourselves. From fractal fluency to vagal tone to the benefits of green spaces, and from forest bathing to polar plunges to enjoying a sunset at the beach, join Kevin for an exploration of some of the science describing health-affirming aspects of our interplay within nature.  This 30-minute presentation will include a brief Q&A session. Please note: This is a complimentary non-CE event.
