With over 13 years in the mental health profession, Lindsy has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, helping patients to exceed their treatment goals.
Lindsy graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Counseling. She has over a decade of additional training including specialization in trauma modalities of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic Experiencing (SE).
With her diverse training, she is able to effectively teach patients how to build their resiliency in managing stress, decreasing anxiety and depression symptoms as well as in strengthening their relationships. Lindsy is also highly experienced in working with patients struggling with substance abuse and/or process addictions.
