Kelly Palmiero
COO
Kelly Palmiero, the COO of Sierra Tucson, brings over 20 years of customer service, sales, and management experience. In her role, Kelly works closely with facility and division leaders to evaluate, analyze, develop, and deliver service packages that will best meet resident needs. She is dedicated to working collectively with all departments in an effort to develop procedures and optimize the treatment process to enhance the resident experience at Sierra Tucson. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
Prior to her appointment at Sierra Tucson Kelly worked in the Medical Aesthetics industry at Ideal Image for 9 years, in the role of Area Manager; overseeing the sales and operations for the Arizona and New Mexico locations. Prior to the Medical Aesthetics field, Kelly served as the Director of Operations for a large fitness franchise overseeing daily operations and financial management for three locations and over 13,000 members.
Kelly has made a career in helping people change their lives and is excited to join the behavioral health field and continue to help change lives and inspire healing.
