Admissions

Those interested in receiving care at Sierra Tucson can start the admissions process by contacting our admissions department.

We have 10 admissions coordinators on hand who are available to answer any questions that you or a loved one may have, review treatment options available, and complete a pre-admission assessment to determine if our services will meet your or your loved one’s needs.

During this assessment, the following information is collected:

  • Presenting concerns
  • Psychiatric history
  • Medical history
  • Social history
  • Past treatment history

This information is then reviewed by our staff for medical and clinical appropriateness before a programming option is recommended for a prospective resident. Once a prospective resident agrees to admission, the process of beginning services and assisting a resident in acclimating to their therapeutic surroundings commences.

Sierra Tucson opened my eyes and my heart to the possibilities of a happy and healthy life of recovery and renewal. I was able to rekindle my spirituality and resolve deeply held issues of my disease. The staff and community come together as one in a cohesive and structured program that heals the body, mind, and soul. I am continuing to work a program based on the Sierra Tucson Model®.
