CANCELLED: Nourishment Webinar: Overcoming The Detrimental Effects of Trauma: a TF-CBT approach (30 Minutes)

As gruesome and traumatizing events may be for individuals, there is hope and power in the form of therapy used for healing. The effects of trauma can alter one’s life through maladaptive behaviors and distorted cognitions. Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based treatment used with clients/patients suffering from severe trauma exhibiting psychiatric issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and longevity behavioral issues. When using this therapeutic approach gaining an understanding of the acronym “PRACTICE” will lead to effective utilization of treatment.

This 30-minute presentation will include a brief Q&A session. Please note: This is a complimentary non-CE event.

The webinar begins at 8:30 am PT
Wednesday, August 10, 2022
