Nourishment Webinar: 10 ways of Self-Gratitude (30 Minutes)

Can we break our own cycles? When counting to 10 seems like a mountain to climb, as we try to regain our self-control, or when we find ourselves staying in bed but too tired to sleep, we need to break the cycle. We can feel trapped by a whirlwind of thoughts that keep coming at us, as if it were our destiny to just accept them. Counting to 10 is perhaps not enough to bring about lasting change, but there are 10 things we can do to change these cycles and gain self-gratitude.

This 30-minute presentation will include a brief Q&A session. Please note: This is a complimentary non-CE event.

The webinar begins at 8:30AM PST
Wednesday, April 6, 2022

Henry Ros Gonzalez, RN
Nurse Manager

Henry A Ros Gonzalez is a strong advocate for the integration of body, mind, and soul as pivotal components necessary for facing difficulties that arise when struggling with mental health issues. Henry obtained his nursing degree from Florida National University and his BSN from Western Governor’s University.

Originally from Camaguey, Cuba, Henry migrated to the U.S. in 2014. This sparked Henry’s passion for travel and fueled his interest in cultural awareness that he witnessed in his own journeys. As Henry became more aware of the power of human connections and interactions, he was drawn to the psychiatric field where he found a common ground for developing his professional skills and achieving professional goals to help meet a patient need. Being bilingual in Spanish and English, Henry is able to provide excellent nursing skills that often make a difference in patient care when patients have a heath care provider they can talk to comfortably and feel they are being understood both verbally and culturally.
