Medical Director
I am honored to serve as Medical Director at Sierra Tucson and to join a team so deeply committed to compassionate, high-quality care. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for supporting individuals and families through meaningful, evidence-based psychiatric treatment.
I completed my medical degree at the University of Arizona and went on to finish both my residency and fellowship training at the University of Texas Health Sciences at San Antonio. I am board-certified in psychiatry, with experience in both general psychiatry and child and adolescent care.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving the Tucson community in a variety of leadership roles, including Medical Director at Palo Verde Behavioral Health Hospital and Chair/Section Chief of Psychiatry at Tucson Medical Center. My clinical background spans inpatient, outpatient, consultation, and telehealth settings, allowing me to approach care with a well-rounded and collaborative perspective.
