The Power of Personal Empowerment Coaching

Are you struggling to help your clients connect with enthusiasm or a sense of purpose? Are you curious about how to utilize coaching tools to enhance your effectiveness with clients? Personal Empowerment Coaching encourages clients to fully experience and intentionally create a life that they love. As coaches, we view our clients as whole and wise. We come from a place of deep curiosity and respect for their journey. This presentation will give an overview of Personal Empowerment Coaching. Attendees will get a fuller understanding of the intention, experience and tools of experiential strength-based coaching in Residential Substance Abuse Treatment and beyond.

You will learn how to connect clientele with:

  • Self-appreciation
  • Clarity of core desired feelings
  • Trust in their inner wisdom
  • Felt sense of passion, possibility and purpose

Apply this proven empowerment methodology to guide your clientele to greater motivation for recovery and personal transformation.
