"Early in recovery, I learned that the answer to my emotional maturity was going to take work. Relationships were not getting better just because I went to treatment, and that pain drove me to learn how to be at peace emotionally and spiritually. Over the last nine years, I had to re-learn the meaning of love and make the decision to choose love over fear, every day. No matter what brought you to Sierra Tucson, this workshop will help move out the fear and create space for more love in your life." -Jeff B.
