For individuals aged 18 and older, who are struggling with the debilitating symptoms of a mood or anxiety disorder, Sierra Tucson’s Mood & Anxiety Program is designed to address the unique challenges associated with these groups of disorders. The highly skilled staff at Sierra Tucson is fully equipped to treat those who suffer from disorders such as depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and bipolar disorder, among a number of other conditions. Additionally, we provide individualized treatment for personality disorders.
At Sierra Tucson, we recognize that those with personality or mood disorders frequently struggle with co-occurring disorders, such as trauma, addiction, or chronic pain. For this reason, our staff uses an interdisciplinary team approach that incorporates both conventional and complementary evidence-based treatments to support each individual’s recovery process. Our integrative system of neuropsychiatric treatment focuses on holistic healing of the body, mind, and spirit, as well as provides comprehensive medical and clinical care.
During your treatment stay, you will benefit from a wide range of medical and clinical services that simultaneously treat co-occurring conditions. With so many modalities available to help uncover and address underlying issues, you will find new opportunities for increased self-discovery, healing, and happiness.
