Psychiatrist




Job Description/Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will be board certified or board eligible in psychiatry. Prefer applicants with experience in addiction medicine, but experience in mood, anxiety, eating disorders, chronic pain, or trauma is also valued. Will also consider applicants who have just finished psychiatric residency.

Will act as attending physician and be responsible for patients' overall psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluations, ordering and incorporating psychological tests and ordering and interpreting laboratory tests. Will participate in treatment planning and coordination of services with the multi-disciplinary team. In addition, will perform psychiatric consultations as requested and respond to psychiatric emergencies.

Clinical Outreach Coordinator (Dallas)




Job Description/Qualifications:
Applicants must live in the Dallas, TX area. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or counseling. Master's degree, advanced mental health or clinical certification or licensure or 2 years experience in the healthcare field is preferred. Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience in a healthcare environment preferred.





Must have excellent personal presentation, strong written and verbal communication skills, and be a creative/innovative/strategic thinker. Public relations, customer service and presentation skills are required. Must be a self-starter, be highly motivated and highly organized in order to work independently. Excellent computer skills. Frequent travel is required.


The Clinical Outreach Coordinator is responsible for promoting and educating clinicians, therapists, EAP's, interventionists, in-patient and out-patient facilities, corporations, education institutions, etc. on Sierra Tucson programs and services. The primary responsibilities of this position are hosting educational and networking events, computer and email database management, overseeing mailing, email and other marketing campaigns, and serving as representative and advocate/liaison for professionals in the assigned territory.

Biofeedback Practitioner




Job Description/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and work experience as a Biofeedback or Neurofeedback Technician. Biofeedback certification is preferred. Must have experience and training in the use of hardware and software for biofeedback equipment. Must posses skill in patient recordkeeping, and the ability to work on an interdisciplinary team. Prior work experience in hospital or in-patient behavioral health setting a plus. Must be able to work with patients with a wide range of diagnoses.

The biofeedback Practitioner will conduct biofeedback sessions with patients, interpret readings, and teach relaxation techniques. Successful candidate must have experience designing tailored treatment plans based on patient need, and must participate as an effective member of the treatment team. Must also be responsible for following equipment maintenance protocol, identifying problems, and coordinating appropriate repairs.

Psychologist




Job Description/Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will possess Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in Psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA) approved program; minimum of two(2) years' experience in the field at the doctoral level. Must be licensed as a psychologist by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners. The successful candidate will have excellent psychometric skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary setting. In addition, must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, and strong clinical ability. Must maintain complete confidentiality in all patient/program matters, in accordance with facility policy.

Psychologist must have strength in psychological testing to administer, score and interpret psychological test results. Will perform evaluations of personality functining, cognitive functioning, and will advise other health care providers on characteristics and appropriateness of psychological testing in patient care. Experience in biofeedback and/or neurofeedback is a plus.

Grief Therapist - PRN




Job Description/Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in related field required with training in grief/bereavement processes and complicated grief processes is required. Four (4) year’s experience in Behavioral Health field post Master’s Degree. Two (2) year’s experience facilitating grief and bereavement therapy. Prefer experience in an inpatient Behavioral Health setting. Ability to facilitate individual and group therapy; knowledge of spiritual issues in the recovery and grief processes; ability to work independently within a multi-disciplinary team context; ability to work with a wide range of diagnoses. Multi-cultural sensitivity. Excellent time-management skills. Knowledge of the 12-Steps and ability to facilitate expressive and experiential therapies. AZ licensed or eligible.

The Grief and Spiritual Therapists are responsible for facilitating individual and group sessions for the resolution of grief and spiritual issues. In addition, they provide consultation for patients regarding their spirituality concerns. On-call position.

Intake Coordinator, PRN




Job Description/Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors degree in a related field; Masters is preferred. One year of experience in a similar role is also preferred. Knowledge of addictions, mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Must have excellent communication skills including telephone, be a self-starter and team player.

The Intake Coordinator that works on a PRN (as needed basis) is responsible for responding to inquiries (telephone and walk-in) regarding possible admission to Sierra Tucson. The qualified candidate will be comfortable discussing financial and clinical information, must have the ability to communicate approvals and denials, meet/greet the admitting patient, and assist with attending team. This candidate will possess an excellent customer service orientation, and will attend to responsibilities in a timly fashion.

Lifeguard - PRN




Job Description/Qualifications:
The part-time/per diem Lifeguard must possess a valid American Red Cross Life Guard and CPR Certification. Knowledge and experience in water rescue methods. Knowledge of life guarding and first aide practices and techniques. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Must be at least 21 years of age and a reliable team player with strong work ethic. Must be able to work afternoon and/or weekend hours as needed.

Will provide life guarding services at facility pool thru enforcement of pool policies, rules and regulations. Will perform pool rescues as needed. Will participate in required drills and maintain required pool maintenance and other logs.

Psychiatric Technician - PRN




Job Description/Qualifications:
HS graduate or equivalent. Post high school course work in counseling, social work, human services or behavioral disorders preferred. Minimum 1 year psychiatric technician experience required. Current CPR certification and crisis intervention training required. Must be customer service oriented with excellent verbal communication skills. Mature, reliable individual with excellent problem solving skills. Must be available for flexible work schedule including evenings, nights and weekends. Must have current, unencumbered Arizona driver's license.

Will provide support for patients and assist in maintaining a safe environment. May provided 1-to-1 patient oversight and monitoring and will observe and document behaviors and responses of clients as needed. Must have knowledge of needs of persons experiencing psychiatric illness, chemical dependency or dual diagnosed individuals. Must be able to appropriately apply crisis intervention and verbal de-escalation techniques as needed. May also be required to transport patients to outside appointments. Will have dual responsibilities for assisting with facility security and safety needs.

Job Description/Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred) or an Associate degree in nursing. Must maintain continuing education. Experience in chemical dependency and mental health preferred. At least two (2) years experience preferred. Licensed in good standing in state of AZ. Annual CPR re-certification required.

Registered Nurses provides nursing care to assigned patients through the nursing process; participates as an active member of the inter-disciplinary treatment team. Maintains complete confidentiality in all patient/program matters, in accordance with facility policy. Opportunity to fill Charge Nurse role as needed.
