Bryn Holte, MACP, CCTSI received her Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Central Washington University and her Master of Counseling Psychology from Mars Hill Graduate School in Washington State. Bryn is an Individual Clinical Trauma Specialist, certified through The Arizona Trauma Institute in Mesa, AZ. She began her career in mental health at a State Hospital and then moved to working in crisis centers, nursing homes, in and outpatient behavioral health facilities and finally residential treatment with dually diagnosed adults. After working with these various populations the last 16 years, she discovered her passion for working with families. Bryn has experience working with addiction, mood/thought disorders, loss and complicated grief, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. She worked for two years as a residential therapist at Sierra Tucson, and is now working as a Family Therapist.

Bryn enjoys being part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with others to determine how to best support the needs of residents and families navigating through recovery. She believes much of her knowledge and experience has been gathered from individuals, family members, and her own personal journey. Bryn believes that creating a safe space for others is crucial in naming, processing, and healing past traumas. She frequently references song lyrics or movie quotes that others can relate to therapeutically. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and being mama to her cat Bodee.
