In this mini-workshop Certified Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ Justine will share some of the shame lesson from Dr. Brené Brown's Rising Strong™ curriculum including the difference between guilt and shame, how shame shows up in our bodies, how we respond to it, and how to cope with it effectively. Join Justine as she teaches a piece of Dr.  Brené Brown's groundbreaking research.

About the Presenter: 

Justine is an Author, Speaker, and Certified Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ Facilitator (based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown), she has over 20 years of experience in traditional mental health and personal growth. She is the author of her best-selling books, Ever Upward, The Mother of Second Chances, and The Complicated Gray. She gave two TEDx talks in 2017 and currently travels speaking for workshops, retreats, and organizations. Justine currently lives in Saint Louis with her husband, Chad, and their three dogs. She enjoys her childfull life by spending time with friends and family, practicing creative self-care, laughing (many times at herself) and building butterfly gardens on her acre of land, which has made her an accidental butterfly farmer.
