Phoenix Twelfth Annual "Gratitude for Giving" Celebration

Sierra Tucson will be recognizing professionals in the Phoenix area for their years of giving to others. Please join us in honoring your selected peers who have made a significant contribution to our community. Sierra Tucson staff and tables to display your literature will be available.

Schedule:

Friday, December 6, 2019
8:30 a.m. – Registration
9:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. – Breakfast, Presentation of Awards, and Networking

Cost & Registration:

Tickets to this event are $40 per person or $350 per table of 10.
All individual tickets must be purchased by November 27, 2019. Due to the nature of this event, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.
 If purchasing a table, please enter the names of your guests.
Tables must be purchased by October 29 to be listed in the program.

Categories of Recognition:

Compassion Recognition honors a professional in the community for his/her contributions to the wellness of others.
Hope Recognition honors a professional who has contributed to prevention and education.
Humility Recognition honors a professional who has served as an advocate to others.
Spirit Recognition honors a professional who has assisted clients in a specialty area within behavioral and mental health.
Gratitude Recognition - honors a professional for Lifetime Achievement.
