Caitlynn Madison is an Equine Specialist who is passionate about sharing the importance of a healthy partnership with horses both in the competition world as well as the therapy world. Caitlynn believes in the power of partnership with horses through working with their natural prey instincts. Caitlynn is passionate about incorporating the horse’s nature as prey animals to teach practical skills for recovery such as mindfulness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and problem-solving. Caitlynn was raised in a cattle rancher family and grew up competing in rodeo from as early as 6 years old. Caitlynn fell in love with equine therapy and its effects on trauma in 2017. Caitlynn has since continued her career of merging her two worlds, horses and mental health. Caitlynn is a CHA Master Level Instructor and is currently working towards her master’s in Social Work.
In her leisure time, Caitlynn enjoys riding her horses, working with clients, and spending time with her family.
