Understanding Self-Esteem:

A Skill-Building Workshop

Tuesday, May 29, 2018

Presenter:

Anna McCarthy, PhD
Clinical Psychologist

Event Description:

Join us as we learn to evaluate early life experiences that lead to the formation of low self-esteem. We will identify and understand our "bottom line," as well as our own rules for living which perpetuate it. We will incorporate new tools for breaking through low self-esteem cycles and strategies for building high self-esteem.
