St. Louis Alumni Workshop

Sierra Tucson Alumni Events

"The Power of Choice"

September 18, 2017

Presenter:
Michelle Seliner, MSW, LCSW

Event Description:
Have you ever had to make a difficult decision? What about any decision at all?  Of course you have!  Research suggests that we make 70 decisions each day. Join Resident & Family Member Alumni as we explore how to get from ‘here to there’ while making decisions, both simple and complex, difficult or seemingly easy. Group discussion will explore the footprint of your past decisions. This reflection will create a foundational map by activating your internal self. This internal self will act as a GPS for future decisions and choices while tapping into your wisdom. The goal of this workshop is that you will leave with the vision to follow your path, always rooted in love.
