“The Art of Compassionate Boundaries: Recognizing the fine line between codependency and compassion in relationships”

May 22, 2017

Presenter:

Julieann Myers, LCSW, MAC, EMDR and CSAT Certified

Event Description:

Understanding the difference between codependency and compassion is important for recovering families and individuals who have struggled with addictions. While the intentions seem to be the same - love and sympathy - compassion promotes healthy communication and mutual respect. Codependency, on the other hand, destroys the foundation of healthy relationships. Julieann Myers, LCSW, MAC, EMDR and CSAT certified, founder of The Center for Healthy Change, will facilitate this very helpful, informative and interactive workshop.
