Event Description:
Life on life’s terms is much more manageable when we respond rather than react. Reacting is based on impulse, fears and insecurities. Often an easier-said-than-done technique, responding to stressful situations allows us time to pause and reflect. In this workshop, we will review the tools learned at Sierra Tucson—tools that provide us with the opportunity to respond; a response delivered with honesty and grace.
