Event Description:
Trauma is not always what it seems. It can show up unexpectedly and without invitation. Trauma comes in many forms and is defined by the experience of the survivor. Join us as Presenter Major (Ret.) Joshua Mantz, shares his own powerful story of internal collapse and the factors which were crucial to his survival. Learn the steps to recognize and validate your own source of pain and permission to start the healing process.
