“Discovering Your Authentic Self”

February 25, 2017

Presenter:

Sierra Tucson Alumnus Paul N.

Event Description:

Join us on a healing journey of building community through discovering our authentic selves. This three-hour workshop begins with establishing a safe and connected environment. We will be guided through a process of meditation and storytelling using music and visuals. The result will be a descriptive recovery story of our unique wisdom and a discovery of our intended bliss. We will create recovery intentions to help us progress toward our full potential.

Presenter and Sierra Tucson Alumnus Paul N. will draw from the teachings of a variety of ascended masters. Paul has been facilitating retreats for over 25 years and uses a unique, multidisciplinary approach that spans ancient spirituality, contemporary philosophers, and recovery principles.

What you can expect: A recovery-enriching experience, greater clarity of yourself and your path, connection with who you truly are, and a deeper knowing and affirming of self. You will emerge with a better understanding of the story of your life—past, present, and future.

About the Presenter:
Paul N., an alumnus of Sierra Tucson, has been in recovery for 25 years. He has an MS in Human & Organizational Development/Adult Education, and completed all coursework for a PhD. Paul has conducted experiential retreats and workshops in many disciplines of human development as it relates to recovery, innovation, nature, and leadership development. He owns and runs a recovery lodge in the Costa Rican Rain Forest.

Lunch will be provided. We ask that you please register by Friday, February 17, 2017.
