Victor Gilbert began working at Sierra Tucson in 1989 as a primary therapist. From February 2006 to June 2013, he served as program manager, supervising primary therapists, assisting with case conferences, and participating in the daily multidisciplinary admission staff meetings. In Spring 2018, he moved into the role of family therapist. Victor received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology in 1972 from the University of South Florida and a Master of Social Work in 1988 from Arizona State University. He served in the U.S. Navy for nine years. Victor’s relaxed, yet competent and humorous, style of leadership is appreciated by Sierra Tucson’s staff and residents alike.
